I'm not actually a doctor nor have any plans of becoming one, if you were wondering. Although how does a lobster become a doctor? I, personally, wouldn't trust it to perform surgery on me. I saw it walking around with a scalpel earlier, that can't be safe, right? And it's not a lobster sized scalpel, it's a scalpel for humans, so there's no way you could perform surgery on, like, a small fish with that, it's way too big. I guess it would make sense if it does perform surgery on humans, but like I said earlier, I would need some serious convincing to let a lobster perform surgery on me. Although it is pretty cute.
